Why You Should Have a Joint Bachelor/Bachelorette Party

You may think I sound crazy for suggesting this, but hear me out! While traditionally, the bachelor and bachelorette parties are held separately, a joint party might actually be a great idea! It's definitely not the norm, but here are a few reasons why we think it's worth considering...

You Share The Same Friends

If you and your spouse-to-be share the same group of friends, then a joint bachelor/bachelorette party would be a great idea for you! This will allow you all to celebrate together and share every party of your wedding journey.

You Have Spouses In Your Bridal Party

Joint bachelor/bachelorette parties work great when you have spouses in your bridal party. They'll probably appreciate being able to celebrate and make memories together, plus you'll get to spend more time with your spouse-to-be!

You Want to Save a Few Bucks

While the bridal party typically covers most (if not all) of the cost of your bachelor and bachelorette parties, when you have a joint party this can cut costs for everyone! The more people that attend can lower the cost per person, plus you may have more options with larger groups because of discounts!

A joint bachelor/bachelorette party may not be right for everyone, but if you choose one, you're not alone. Many couples love celebrating together. What are your thoughts? Would you have a joint bachelor/bachelorette party or not? Tell us in the comments!
